# Facility Dataset

> Attach your hospitals, clinics, and care centres so agents can help users find the right place to visit

## Facility Dataset

Your list of hospitals, clinics, and care centres. Agents search this when a user is looking for a place to visit or when filtering doctors by location.

### What can be searched

* **Query text** — search by facility name, specialty, keywords, or description
* **City** — restrict results to a specific city (required unless a query text is provided)
* **Area** — boost results for facilities in a particular locality or address
* **Facility type** — hard filter to restrict results to a specific category (e.g. hospital, clinic)

### Search modes

At least one of **city** or **query text** is required.

* **City provided** — city is a hard filter. The query loosely ranks matching facilities.
* **No city** — the query must fully match (all terms must appear). Use this when looking up a specific facility by name, such as "Apollo Jubilee Hills".

### How results are ordered

1. **Relevance** — match quality across facility name, specializations, and about text
2. **Priority** — base priority boosted by any active campaigns
3. **Name** — alphabetical as a final tiebreaker

### Campaigns

Campaigns can reorder facilities that already match the query. They cannot inject non-matching facilities into results.
